General Hospital spoilers that when it comes to Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), there’s just no knowing what the future might bring, despite the fact that the character is presumed to be dead right now.

Is Sam Coming Back From The Dead?

Some viewers have suggested that if someone like Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) came back, then certainly the same can be said for Kelly, right? That would certainly change the game for Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).

Because if there’s anything that we’ve learned about life in this fictional town of Port Charles, it’s that you’re never really dead, even if that last nail is hammered into your coffin.

Of course, General Hospital fans certainly did have a lot to say about the matter on the internet.

Some even commented with, “Do we all know that Sam was Jason’s world? I feel like I’m the only one these days. I would love to see Sam somehow being tied to whatever Britt is doing and this Britt/Jason business is a distraction to give the people (me) what they want.”

Another critic wrote, “Jason had no real interest in Sam when he returned. He didn’t have any interest in Sam in the years leading up to his death. He has shown no interest in Liz in the last decade or so. Barely shared a few scenes with her in two years.”

And then there was this comment as well: “I don’t think Jason ever really loved Sam. She was the only woman who would put up with his hitman lifestyle and Carly.”

“That said, I don’t see Jason and Britt as some big romance. Can Jason really love someone who stole Sonny’s grandchild?”
