‘GH’ Spoilers Friday, October 24: Carly’s Advice, Spinelli’s Fears, Jacinda’s Betrayal

General Hospital spoilers and updates for Friday, October 24 tease Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) gives unsolicited advice while Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) expresses his fears. Plus, Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell) appears to betray Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson).

Carly’s Advice

Carly, newly returned from Steinmauer Prison where she met with Valentin Cassadine, (James Patrick Stuart) sits in a steam room with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).

It seems obvious that the subject of conversation is Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) as she tells Britt, “Why don’t you do something that justifies his faith in you?” (Check Out Our Weekly Spoilers, HERE!)

Considering the attitude the two woman have about each other in their rivalry over Jason, their tempers may well get as hot as the room!

However, Britt looks back at Carly, who’s acting rather testy, with seeming interest in her advice. Might something Carly is telling her actually make sense-and might she give it a try?

Spinelli’s Fears

In the meantime, Spinelli is with Jason, and confiding his fears in his oldest and best friend. He’s referring to James West, (Gary James Fuller) who he’s been caring for since Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) lapsed into a coma.

Now that James’ birth father is back in the picture, Spinelli fears James will be taken away from him. But the question is, will Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) have parental rights, considering he was presumed dead seven years?

Jason would have a little experience in that kind of thing-after all, he was presumed dead twice, but still has custody of Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn)!

Lulu And Nathan Reconnect

In the meantime, Nathan reconnects with Maxie’s best friend Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening), who was in a coma for several years.

Nathan’s backstory is unsure, whether he was in a coma while missing or if he has amnesia, missing the time from when he was shot to the time he woke up in GH.

Lulu was the one who found him crashed in a pickup truck, shortly after Britt found a supply of medicine with the signature “C” on it.

Nathan must be talking about waking up to everything changed, and Lulu says she understands it better than he thinks. The two really look like they’re bonding.

Lois’ Opportunity

Still at Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) house, Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) talks to her daughter Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton). Lois had just had a hopeful experience talking to Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) even though it gave her just a small seed of hope.

Gio did meet with her but was still very cautious, and emotionally protecting himself.

Lois had taken responsibility for betraying Gio and explained that his birth parents hadn’t been part of that betrayal. Lois explains to Brook Lynn that an opportunity has fallen into her lap-possibly an opportunity to mend their family?

Drew Tries To Prove Himself To Ronnie

At the Quartermaine mansion, Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) has shown up after Ronnie Bard (Erika Slezak) was just warned about him by Cody Bell (Josh Kelly)! Drew tells Ronnie to give him a chance and he’ll prove it to her-more accurately, prove HIMSELF.

Drew will likely bring up how Monica Quartermaine (Leslie Charleson) had rejected both of them, as outcast family members. 

Will Ronnie relate to Drew’s story, and might the two be allies to each other? Or will Drew connive to get the mansion out from under Ronnie-no one would be surprised if he did!

Jacinda’s Betrayal

In the meantime, Jacinda is still talking to Michael at Coffee Haven, after having been threatened by Drew at Bobbie’s. It seems like Jacinda is betraying Michael, telling himself maybe he needs to find himself another alibi!

The alibi was a little weak to begin with, even though Jacinda did an admirable job of giving Drew back as good as he dished out with his threats!

Will Michael be able to calm Jacinda down and retain his alibi, or will she wind up pulling out? That could create significant problems for Michael!
