GH Spoilers: Britt’s Tie To Dalton Is Huntington’s Disease Cure?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers indicate that Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) connection to Professor Dalton (Daniel Goddard) has fans speculating that together they are researching Huntington’s disease, a condition Britt has.

What is the Tie Between Hank and Britt?

Dalton is on the WSB’s radar and he tested on animals in California prior to arriving at PCU.
His stint at PCU is murky but slowly and surely the pieces are coming together. Let’s explore what could be going on in this dynamic and mysterious plot.

Britt has the gene for Huntington’s, inherited from her father, Cesar Faison (Anders Hove). Before her death several years ago she began to experience symptoms and she confided in Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).

Is Britt Cured?

Fast forward to the present day when she looked at paperwork from Dalton. Her response was not happy and we can see that happening if he is researching cures and has hit a snag.

But this doesn’t exactly align with anything the WSB could conceivably be interested in—or could it?

How Will Jason Find Britt?

Jason thinks he saw Britt get on a plane and will not stop until he discovers the truth—is it really her, back from the dead?

First he talked to her mom, Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) about Britt’s death. Poor Britt died in her mother’s arms after being nicked by the poison hook killer (Heather Webber (Alley Mills).

Did A Poison Hook Really Kill Britt?

Despite hearing the story of how Britt died, coupled with the fact that she has Huntington’s, Jason still holds out hope that Britt is indeed alive. After all, he successfully came back from the dead!

Will Jason Win In The End?

Tell us GH fans, do you think that Leisl knows that Britt is alive and lied to Jason? Obrecht has been gone from PC for a long time, and she could have been nursing or helping Britt far, far, away.

She has connections plus mad skills as a doctor. Plus, she would be protective of giving out too much info about her daughter, even to Jason.

If the WSB hadn’t lost the courier’s tracker we would presumably know more about Dalton’s agenda and possibly about Britt.
