Britt Has Been Clashing With Anna Devane, But May Save Her Granddaughter
Britt has been having some intense confrontations with the ever-curious Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), but it seems she might soon find herself in a position to come to her granddaughter’s aid.
Emma has chosen to ignore Josslyn Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) cautionary advice and remains determined to delve into the mysteries surrounding Dalton, which will undoubtedly lead her into a precarious situation.
This is where Britt could step in, as she is already involved in the same project that Dalton is part of.
Plus, Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) has taken a keen interest in the presumed connection between Dalton and Britt, her being at the Five Poppies was a fact which did not escape him.
Also, this presumed connection is one which could very well align with a proposal he is planning to present in the near future.
Brennan’s On the Verge Of Making A Proposal
Brennan is on the brink of presenting a pitch – and we are also aware that Britt will eventually receive a new assignment.
It appears that Brennan might compel Britt to collect information from Dalton on his behalf if she wishes to avoid getting arrested and put in Steinmauer.
Additionally, Britt could potentially receive compensation for this task, especially since she is clearly in need of funds, and financial incentives could serve as a strong motivator at this moment.
Regardless of the situation, General Hospital fans will remember that a courier had previously brought Professor Dalton’s research to Britt for her examination.
It seems that Brennan may be looking for Britt to continue obtaining Dalton’s research and subsequently provide him with reports.
Things Could Get Tricky With Emma In The Way Or If Dalton’s Uncooperative
This situation could get quite tricky if Professor Dalton chooses not to cooperate or if Emma gets involved in any way.
Still, Britt is likely to have her own doubts about Emma trying to charm Dalton into sharing information.
This could lead Britt to take control and attempt to win Dalton over herself, all to keep Emma from getting too involved.
Emma will definitely not like it if her former rival disrupts her plans, but Britt might feel the need to intervene for her safety.
In fact, Britt might even try to seduce Professor Dalton to shift his attention away from Emma and keep his trust, especially given the significance of Brennan’s assignment.
