Since when has Michael gotten involved with any woman and not suffered consequences of that relationship?
Jacinda seems like the ultimate pick. She’s always on his side, always up for a good time, and always at his beck and call. But wouldn’t any woman who is being paid to be those things generally turn out for the job?
As Michael starts to blur the lines between employment of a call girl, and romance, will Jacinda follow his lead, or might she think the rules of a normal relationship don’t apply? Some fans have a sneaking suspicion that Jacinda may have something much different than a relationship with Michael in mind soon.
A Leg Up
If Jacinda has a conscience, she’ll likely always feel a bit beholden to Michael for giving her a leg up in life. Listen, she was doing just fine as a call girl on the nicer side of town. It’s not like she was slumming it with the worst of clientele.
She was taking on politicians in her spare time. That says something about the level of business she was doing and the income she was probably bringing in.
Still, it doesn’t mean her line of work was good for her self esteem, and Michael may have rid her of that by setting her up with a job as Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) assistant.
He might also be showing her that she can have a family and a healthy relationship like anyone else — but that doesn’t mean she’ll want such with him.
GH Spoilers Tease Jacinda Has Options
Certainly, we don’t need to pigeon hole Jacinda into having only two options in the dating pool — both in the same family! She’s a woman about town.
She’s made a name for herself, and it may not necessarily be a good one, but that doesn’t mean she couldn’t have her pick of some less-than-great-caliber men. You know, the Ezra Boyle’s (Daniel Cosgrove) of the metropolis.
But Jacinda seems to stay pretty reserved about who she’s interested in and why. So it’s entirely possible that even though she’s keeping herself warm at night with Michael, he’s not where her mind drifts to when she’s lying in bed next to him.
Kristina Came Knocking
Last week, we saw Kristina hanging out at the Brown Dog Bar with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) and Molly Lansing Davis (Kristen Vaganos).
When Jacinda walked in, it was all Kristina could do to make a bee line to her and blame it on the discomfort of chilling with two people who have the hots for each other but can’t seem to get over their initial shyness.
In all fairness, she’s right — Cody and Molly should be past first base at this point. Regardless, it shed a little light on Kristina’s interest in Jacinda, which seemed excessive since they had only just met. Is it possible that there is more there than meets the eye?
