GH Spoilers: A Nathan And Lulu Romance Happening?

General Hospital spoilers suggest that a Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) and Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) romance might be in the works.

As many fans are aware of, Nathan and Lulu have gotten pretty close in the last few weeks and some fans think there might even be a hint of chemistry between them.

But here’s the thing: let’s not forget that Nathan is still legally married to Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) who happens to be in a coma right now. Talk about a plot twist, right?

Either way, the connection between Nathan and Lulu have a lot of people wondering if they are going to take the next step together.

Clearly, General Hospital fans had a lot to say about where this storyline is possibly going.

Some even commented with, “I know Lulu wouldn’t do that to Maxie, but are we even sure that’s REALLY Nathan? Also, if/when Maxie wakes up, would she choose Spinelli anyway?”

Another fan of the show wrote, “Sure would be quite a weird moral dilemma. I know it’s generally frowned upon to hook up with a friend’s ex, but idk the social protocol for formerly-deceased spouses.”

What’s Next For Nathan And Lulu?

And then there was this comment as well: “They’ll get involved with each other. Then Maxie will come out of her coma, only to find that her dead husband is back, and he’s with her best friend.”

“Oh, and this will also be about the same time Dante realizes he wants to be with Lulu after all.”

Now, whether or not Nathan and Lulu do hookup remains to be seen. There’s no doubt that Maxie will definitely have something to say about it if and when she finds out about their romance, right?

Of course, the only thing that would stop Lulu from getting busy between the sheets with Nathan is if someone like Johnny Zacchara comes to town. Fingers crossed!
