GH & OLTL Alum Jessica Tuck Makes Directorial Debut On ABC Soap

General Hospital spoilers suggest it’s been a hot minute since Cassandra Pierce, played by actress Jessica Tuck, has been in the land of Port Charles.

Current GH cast member, Chris McKenna (Jack Brennan), recently posted a behind-the-scenes photo on social media, announcing Tuck’s directorial debut on the ABC soap. Read on below to learn more.

McKenna recently posted a photo on his social media, announcing Tuck’s directorial debut on GH. Uploading a photo with Tuck on the GH soap, he writes in the caption:

“And the magic keeps on happening! #JessicaTuck has joined us! This is her first day DIRECTING! We’re so lucky to have her on board. #OLTL #GH #Megan #Joey”

Of course, Tuck played vile villainess Cassandra Pierce on GH from 2017 to 2019 but also played Megan Gordon Harrison on One Life to Life (OLTL) on and off from 1988 to 2012, along with McKenna.

Could Cassandra Pierce Return?

Cassandra Pierce played on the baddies’ team in the land of Port Charles and did some heinous things during her run on GH.

She made some enemies of Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), as well as Nikolas Cassadine (last played by Adam Huss).

While Tuck is directing on GH, is there a chance that Cassandra could return to canvas? Anything is possible, despite Cassandra exiting storylines under the assumption that she has passed away.

But, if soap history dictates anything, no one is ever truly “gone” in the land of Port Charles and seeing as Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and her brother, Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) just returned to the land of living, Tuck could easily slip into her Cassandra role an wreak some havoc in the little town! Especially with Valentin returning to storylines. Only time will tell.
