‘GH’ Laura Wright Teases Carly’s Revenge Against Brennan

General Hospital (GH) spoilers indicate that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) finally spilled the beans to Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) about something he’s known about for a while: her daughter, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is WSB. Not only that, but Carly also learned that her boyfriend, Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna), not only knew about it, but he also recruited Joss into the agency. Heck hath no fury like Carly Spencer scorn, so what happens next?

Carly’s Sworn To Secrecy

Mixed into this bag of drama is the fact that Jason swore Carly to secrecy. More so for Josslyn’s sake and safety, since she is undercover and on assignment, but what Stone Cold didn’t tell Carly is the ultimatum that Brennan had presented to him.

Fans may recall that the WSB head warned Jason that if he told Carly about Joss’s agent status, he’d send Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) to Steinmauer, WSB’s high-security prison.

Carly’s in quite the pickle right now. She wants to take action, pull Josslyn out of the line of fire; however, in doing so, this would place her daughter at risk.

In addition, confronting Brennan would have the same effect: placing Josslyn in danger. Carly’s hands are tied, so how will she work around this?

Laura Wright Talks Carly’s Revenge

With that said, if General Hospital fans think Carly is going to sit back and not strike back, then they have another thing coming.

Actress Laura Wright recently spoke with Soap Opera Digest (SOD) regarding Joss’s WSB agent status coming out, and the next steps, momma bear Carly plans to make.

Wright hints that revenge is on her character’s mind when she says, “Carly’s going to handle it her way. I mean, this is Carly we’re talking about! In her mind, it’s, ‘I’m gonna do whatever I have to do.’”

She goes on to say, “It’s very, very tricky. She’s (Carly) like, ‘I’m taking him down and I’m going to protect my daughter.’ She’s not 100 percent sure of her plan, but she’s trying to figure it out!”
