It’s been a year since anyone has heard or even seen from Kelly. But that all changed this past week.

That’s because Kelly was sitting front row and center during a special taping of ABC’s Dancing With The Stars. It was her first public appearance since Kelly left General Hospital back in 2024.

This has prompted a lot of people to wonder: could this mean that Kelly is finally ready to be back in the spotlight? Is she also ready to make some serious changes in her life? That’s what everyone wants to know!

As many of our loyal readers are already aware of, Kelly was unceremoniously fired from the hit ABC soap late last summer. To this very day, the producers of the show have not made any comments as to why she was let go in the way that she was.

If that weren’t enough, a lot of people had assumed that Kelly would have found another acting job by now. But sadly, she’s not on any other daytime television shows, nor has she gotten any offers for primetime, either.

What’s Next For Kelly Monaco?

Earlier this year, her former co-star Maurice Benard did give a little hint as to what she’s been up to. A lot of fans have been asking Maurice whether or not he would be interested in having Kelly on his YouTube series, State of Mind.

Mauriuce wrote, “Keep asking to have Kelly Monaco on @mbstateofmind I have asked people to do things when they’re ready. I’m not one to push. I would imagine she has much more important things on her plate.”

Needless to say, General Hospital fans will simply have to tune in each and every day to find out what will happen next.
