Let’s begin with Marlena, who has been grieving John Black (Drake Hogestyn). The psychiatrist had a checkup with Sarah Horton Kiriakis (Linsey Godfrey), who didn’t find anything wrong.
Doc admitted she hasn’t been eating or sleeping well since John’s death. However, she will end up collapsing at Johnny DiMera’s (Carson Boatman) trial. It is also stated that Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) will try to help Johnny.
Holly Jonas & Ari Horton’s Fate
Let’s move on to Ari and Holly next. Fans know that a thug for a loan shark has kidnapped the two high school graduates. Ari told Holly that they can’t just wait to be rescued. They need to find a way out of there now.
Meanwhile, Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) and Tate Black (Leo Howard) search for the girls. While they are doing that, Doug Williams III (Peyton Meyer) goes to say a bittersweet goodbye to Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes).

Gwen bickers with Gabi early in the week. A short time later, Gabi will get an offer from Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis). Back to Gwen, she gets a shocking discovery later in the week.
Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) supports Tate. Meanwhile, Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) and Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) come up with a new plan.
Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) gets fed up with EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel). Could Kayla and several other doctors quit, forcing EJ in a bad position at the hospital? In any case, EJ gets counseling from Marlena.
