The shooter is finally identified, while a ‘case’ is closed, and two characters continue to get closer. What’s set to go down on Tuesday? Time to find out!

 EJ DiMera’s Shooter Is Revealed

Days of Our Lives spoilers for Tuesday, August 19, hint that EJ DiMera’s (Dan Feuerriegel) shooter will finally be revealed. (Make sure to check out our next week DOOL spoilers, here!)

DOOL viewers have been waiting months for this, and everyone has had their fair share of speculation about who shot EJ. With that said, will the person’s identity only be revealed to the fans, or will the rest of Salem find out, too?

Case Closed …

In related news, Chanel DiMera (Raven Bowens) will take the stand once again in the shooter case and be cross-examined.

In fact, Belle Black (Martha Madison), along with Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman), will also give their final closing arguments, so it’ll be interesting to see what happens next. Johnny didn’t shoot his father – but will he get blamed for it?

Elsewhere, Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) and Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) will commiserate about their family issues.

Marlena has so much on the go – between Johnny’s trial, little Rachel Black’s (Alice Halsey) emotional problems, and still grieving the loss of John Black (Drake Hogestyn).

Meanwhile, Julie also has her hands full, so it’ll be interesting to see these scenes unfold between these two legends.

Chad DiMera & Cat Greene Grow Closer

Finally, Days of Our Lives spoilers for Tuesday hint that Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) will grow closer. Will this be an “issue” that Julie complains to Marlena about?

Regardless, there are clearly sparks between these two, so what will happen during the August 19 episode that draws them that much closer together? Fans will have to tune in to find out!
