DOOL Spoilers: Cat Redeemed In Jennifer And Thomas’ Eyes By Rescuing Chad?

Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates pose an interesting question; with Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) now missing, and Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) worried, what if she can find him? Might Cat redeem herself in Thomas DiMera (Cary Christopher) and Jennifer Deveraux’s (Melissa Reeves) eyes if she rescues Chad?

Cat Doesn’t Believe A Word EJ DiMera Says

EJ DiMera (Dan Feurreriegel) told Cat that he heard from Chad, when she told him how worried she was about him-he was missing an important child custody hearing!

Cat knows how much Chad loves his kids, Thomas and Charlotte DiMera (Autumn Gendron) and not fighting Jennifer for custody in court doesn’t make sense! 

In fact, Cat will try to offer Jennifer a deal-might it be a deal to find the children’s missing father, who at least Charlotte is crying for?

Even though Thomas is so mad at his dad he wants to live with his grandma, he may not have thought what it would feel like if he lost him forever, like his mom.

And Jennifer is probably having a difficult time with explaining why Daddy isn’t showing up to spend time with Charlotte!

Jennifer May Doubt Cat Can Find Chad, She Doesn’t Trust Her

Jennifer may doubt Cat can find Chad, she doesn’t trust her, and she may suspect Cat is the one who kidnapped him-if indeed, he actually is missing and could be kidnapped. Of course, Cat can’t reveal she’s secretly working for the ISA, even if she did, chances are Jen wouldn’t believe her.  But after being held captive herself and forced to do Clyde Weston’s (James Read) bidding, she gets a bad feeling about this-and she’s positive that somehow, EJ’s behind this. She just isn’t sure why-and with Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) and Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) also missing, she’s highly suspicious it’s all connected!

Buying Some Time

Cat has to get Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) involved to buy some time, and she hopes somehow to influence the custody court to continue the hearing. It’s going to look awful if Chad doesn’t show up to fight for his children, it will almost guarantee he’ll lose them.

She plans to make a statement about how she’s seen Chad in action with his little ones, whether her past impersonation of Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) looks bad or not!

Rafe agrees with Cat that the three DiMera disappearances during the same timeframe looks suspicious, and it’s likely someone is targeting the family.  He’s just as suspicious of EJ being behind it, since he hasn’t gone missing!
