Days of Our Lives spoilers for Thursday, April 10, reveal it’ll be a ‘sister versus sister’ face-off when Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) hashes things out with Belle Black (Martha Madison). Of course, Sami will find Belle in her ex-husband’s hospital room, spilling her feelings for him and explode!

Belle has struggled with how she can’t seem to shake EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) from her heart, and confessed her love to the comatose man, but in a “wrong place at the wrong time” scenario, Hurricane Sami stormed in, and it looks like the two ladies will have a confrontation on Thursday’s show.

Alex Kiriakis Shares His Feelings

Speaking of, Days of Our Lives spoilers for Thursday indicate that Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Willson) will share his feelings with Sarah Kiriakis (Linsey Godfrey), and she may not want to hear what he’s about to say.

While he may understand why she’s lying to her husband, Alex doesn’t like being roped into this scheme. Will what Alex shares with Sarah get through to her enough to tell the truth?

In other news, Rex Brady (Kyle Lower) will try to reassure his mom, Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow).
