Beyond The Gates Star Colby Muhammad Leaks Behind-The-Scenes Secrets

Beyond the Gates spoilers indicate that Katherine “Kat” Richardson (Colby Muhammad) may seem like a spoiled little rich girl (in many ways, she is), but she’s been up to some major super-sleuthing in Fairmont Crest as of late, helping her cousin-in-law cop, Jacob Hawthorne (Jibre Hordges) try and link Leslie Thomas (Trisha Mann-Grant) to Laura Peterson’s (Destiny Love) car crash. In fact, some may argue that Kat is doing all the work with this case!

In a fun social media post, Kat’s portrayer, Colby Muhammad, offered fans behind-the-scenes footage of all the work that goes into being Kat – and the ‘stunts’ she pulls!

Colby posted a video outlining a recent “stunt” of Kat’s, which was breaking into Leslie’s apartment to plant the helmet and gloves she found, after she broke into Eva Thomas’s (Ambyr Michelle) hotel room and stole them! Kat’s been crossing lines, left, right, and center to nab both Leslie and Eva, and has been fearless every step of the way!

The video shows Kat during the scene where she’s “breaking in” through Leslie’s window, but the camera is panned so that fans get a greater sense of the set Colby worked on.

Colby’s voice can be heard in the background during the scene as a bit of a play-by-play. She starts off saying, “So let’s talk about this stunt, which is what it was, A STUNT! Okay …”

She goes on to note, “I’m going to put ‘stuntman’ on my resume, hire me, Marvel, thank you! I am a dancer, so this really just felt like choreography, but I will say, I didn’t realize how far that jump was when I first started, but it was okay!”

As the video progresses, Colby does say she had a lot of fun; however, that bench she put the helmet in was too small for the item, so they needed to call the set crew in to break the bottom of it so it would fit.

The Comments Section

Muhammad’s caption on the IG video read, “Behind the Scenes of yesterday’s stunt! The night crew said I have to wait until the next day to post spoilers, so here we are! Kat is just so fun to play, and this goes down as one of my favorite days on set LOL”

Colby’s onscreen mom, Daphnée Duplaix, who plays Nicole Richardson, hit the comment section hard, stating, “Love this!”

Among the many other fans, who adored the bird’s eye view of Kat’s shenanigans and everything that went into making that ‘sneaky’ scene.
