‘B&B’ Spoilers: Ridge’s Greatest Dilemma For The Millionth Time In His Life

The Bold and the Beautiful spoiler for Friday, September 5, 2025, tease Ridge having to make a decision he may never make.

Taylor Pushes For A Date

Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) is not sure what he was thinking when he told Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) that they would set a date when he got home.

Taylor is in a dreamy state, reveling in winning Ridge for herself. But Ridge doesn’t really want to marry her and is afraid to just come out and say it. (Make sure to check out our next week B&B spoilers, here!)

Between his fear of killing Taylor by giving her another bout of Broken Heart Syndrome to Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) woe-is-me story, clearly told to guilt his dad into marrying his mom, Ridge feels like he is stuck between a rock and a hard place. He loves Taylor, but is he in love with her?

He nearly lost Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) in Italy and promised to make things right when he got back, but Ridge is a coward and can’t bring himself to do it.

Meanwhile, Taylor is delusional and thinks that Ridge will love her and only her for the rest of their lives

Eric and Thomas Battle it Out

Eric Forrester (John McCook) is on one side of the great Brooke/Ridge/Taylor debate, while Thomas Forrester is on the other.

Thomas’ emotional and mental health seem fragile again, and he thinks his parents’ marriage can help heal him.

Too bad Eric is completely Team Brooke and insists to Thomas that she is the one with whom Ridge belongs. Thomas and Ridge argue over the situation, but Thomas won’t back down. This is why he is in Los Angeles. He is ready to see his parents marry again.

Thomas even warns Brooke that she needs to stay away from Ridge and let his parents be. Brooke and Thomas have always had a contentious relationship, and this will just serve to make things worse.

Neither one is about to back down. Meanwhile, Taylor remains oblivious to the fact that she could lose Ridge at any moment. She had better wake up now.
