‘B&B’ Spoilers Friday, December 5: Is Eric Actually Dying (Again)?

Another Crisis For Eric

Eric Forrester (John McCook)  is acting almost exactly as he did two years ago, when he knew he had a mysterious, fatal disease whose main symptom was coughing up blood and a lot of nosebleeds. Eric was feeling worthless then and like had to prove himself as a premier designer with a final line. (Check Out Our Weekly B&B Spoilers, HERE!)

Well, Eric decided a repeat performance would be good, except this time he wants to be on the Forrester Creations design team and to design another line with Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and not challenge him to a fashion showdown. Ridge has firmly told his father no because he doesn’t want him to wear himself out like he did the last time. However, Eric had a legitimate illness that had nothing to do with his designing clothing. He only wanted to design because of the illness.

Ridge, Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis), and Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) are now concerned that Eric truly does have a health problem again and is not telling anyone. Maybe that is what is causing his sudden need to design again. Donna worries that she might become a widow after all.

Steffy’s Deep Confession

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Friday’s show reveal Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood)  is also concerned about her grandfather and doesn’t understand this new change in him. She confides in John ‘Finn’ Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) how close she and Eric have always been throughout her life and how grateful she is for how Finn saved him two years ago.

However, Steffy is also worried that Eric might be sick again. What does Finn know about this disease and the experimental procedure he performed that saved Eric’s life? Is there a chance the illness could recur? Finn might have more insight into what is going on with Eric than anyone else. Eric was at death’s door two years ago, and only a miracle saved him. Maybe that miracle is about to run its course.
