‘B&B’ Spoilers Friday, April 18: Kelly’s Sweet Prayer – Grace & Cassandra’s Fight

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Friday, April 18, 2025, are here! In the next episode, expect Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras) to wish her father will take her to the dance. Meanwhile, a hospitalized Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) tries to leave against Bridget Forrester (Ashley Jones) and Grace Buckingham’s (Cassandra Creech) medical advice.

Kelly Spencer’s Desperate Wish

Let’s begin with Kelly, who has been gushing about the father/daughter dance for a while now. In fact, Kelly talked with John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) about how excited she was for the dance. However, around that time is when Liam collapsed, leading to his current hospitalization.

Liam doesn’t want anyone knowing, especially his little girl. However, when Kelly says all she wants is her dad to take her to the dance, it will break Steffy Forrester Finnegan’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) heart.

Steffy still hasn’t told Kelly that her dad is in the hospital, and certainly not that he had emergency brain surgery. However, Steffy is going to have to tell her daughter something as she can’t keep thinking her father is just abandoning her.

Over at the hospital, Liam is still hospitalized. Liam knows how precious life is as he came so close to dying. However, Liam now wants to get out of the hospital and live his life. Unfortunately, doctors keep telling him to be patient. As of right now, they don’t know what caused Liam’s brain bleed. What will be found out later in the week is that Liam has a brain tumor, and it’s inoperable.

Grace Buckingham & Bridget Forrester’s Fight

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Grace and Bridget will warn Liam to stay in bed. They will advise him that it’s not safe for him to leave the hospital, and to especially go to a dance. However, Liam will be very insistent. In the end, I could see Liam agreeing to stay, but only so he can sneak out when Grace and Ashley leave.

While Liam’s determination is understandable as he might think it’s the last good memory he can leave Kelly. At the same time, with Liam’s condition, he could have another seizure. If it happens with Kelly, that could be really traumatic for the little girl. So, we will have to see what Liam’s future holds.
