B&B Spoilers: Deacon Played Himself, Can Sheila Take Il Giardino?

Deacon Sharpe’s crush on Taylor Hayes will continue to grow on The Bold and the Beautiful, according to next week’s spoilers. 

Viewers know that it’s only a matter of time before Sheila Carter catches them together and the you know what hits the fan. 

Deacon has already checked out of his marriage emotionally, however he could be in over his head legally.

Deacon wants a divorce, but could he lose everything?  Here’s what’s coming up next on Bold and the Beautiful, spoilers below!

Can Deacon Afford A Divorce

Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) has made it pretty clear that he is no longer interested in being married to Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown).  But, breaking up with Sheila and legally divorcing Sheila are two totally different things. 

The couple was married back in May 2024 at Il Giardino, Tom Starr officiated the wedding (before Luna Nozawa killed him). 

Considering how last-minute the wedding was, we would be shocked if the restaurant owner thought to hire a lawyer and get an iron-clad prenup signed by his wife.

Can Sheila Take Il Giardino

Deacon Sharpe is unlike everyone else on The Bold and the Beautiful, he doesn’t come from money or have any super rich relatives he can rely on. 

He worked dead end jobs and conned people for years on the soap.  Then Deacon managed to borrow enough money to buy Il Giardino and worked his way up from nothing. 

Bold & Beautiful viewers know that Sheila has been right there by his side though and worked almost as many hours as her husband. 

Does she rightfully own half of Deacon’s restaurant?  More importantly, if she has proof that he cheated on her with Taylor Hayes then she might be able to take his whole restaurant.  

If Deacon divorces Sheila, could he lose his restaurant?  Sheila worked for free for two years at Il Giardino, doesn’t she sort of deserve some of the business?
