Ashlee Buzzard: Alleged Bizarre Zoo Story On Missing Melodee

The Melodee Buzzard missing child case took a twist when Tyler Brewer claimed he was detained against his will by Ashlee Buzzard. At first, he didn’t say where she had told him she took the child. But now, he is opening up more, and it seems highly suspicious.

The New Update

The new updates came after Ashlee was freed by the court. Previously, perhaps Tyler Brewer was shy to talk about it because of the court hearing. Well, Ashleigh Banfield hosted him on News Nation on Monday and he spilled a lot of information.

Apparently, the long road trip route that Ashlee Buzzard took with Melodee was the result of a couple who gave her mixed directions in Utah. Remember, the mother and daughter were seen at road stops before Ashlee turned to Lompoc, California, alone.

Melodee Dropped Off With Strangers?

How does that fit now? Well, according to Brewer, the mother told him that she finally hooked up with a couple, who she allegedly “barely knows,” at “a zoo.” What seems troubling, if that is true, is that they made sure she kept moving from state to state and town to town before finally meeting them.

Allegedly, the meetup came because the couple have a “daughter” and they wanted “Melodee to play with” her. Huh? That seems like a lot of effort for a playdate. “But she [didn’t know]…these people’s names, address, their phone number, their location, nothing. It’s bizarre. It makes no sense,” Brewer said.

A Very Weird Story

Ashleigh Banfield agreed it all sounded dodgy. She said sarcastically, “It particularly makes no sense that Ashlee Buzzard would say, ‘I don’t know this couple that I met at the zoo. I don’t know their names. I don’t know their address. I don’t know their contact information,’ when apparently she was making contact with them.”

Brewer, who was held in Ashlee Buzzard’s home when she possessed a cutter, explained more about why he initially claimed he didn’t know if what she told him was true. But now he is speaking. He added more to the story by saying that Ashlee didn’t go into too much details. However, he alleged that she only knew the woman’s name.

Plus, he claimed that Melodee’s mom looked on “White Pages and verified that there was someone by that name listed.” The whole thing grows weirder, as Tyler noted, “she trusted…a complete stranger that she had just met, to care for her daughter and trusted that what was said was true without checking.”

The Bizarre Tale Continues

Allegedly, Ashlee Buzzard didn’t check where Melodee would be living. She never “went to the house,” and couldn’t even verify where Melodee Buzzard “was going to be sleeping.” Well, he admitted that the story Ashlee related to him seemed bizarre, so he can’t say whether “it’s true or not.”

Allegedly, the plan was that Melodee would call her mom, but in 45 days, it hasn’t happened. Allegedly, Ashlee Buzzard sent her child away because she faced “some outpatient surgery.”
