90 Day Fiancé Leida Margaretha Baby Death Investigated By The Cops

In early July, Eric Rosenbrook, the husband of Leida Margaretha from 90 Day Fiancé, was arrested. However, at the time, it was not for the death of their daughter, which happened days later. Instead, he was detained because he allegedly hit his wife. Now, the police in Adams County, Wisconsin, are investigating the baby’s death. Read on for more details.

Investigation Details Released

@90dayfianceupdates and @johnyatres327tv both on Instagram, shared a screenshot of a statement by the Adams County Sheriff’s Office. TLC fans who had heard that Leida’s baby had died already felt the timeline was off, and the new information clarified some concerns.

The statement said:

On Saturday July 5, 2025, the Adams County Sheriffs Office received a 911 call from a residence in the city of Adams, Adams County reporting an unresponsive baby. 

The statement also explained that, Law enforcement and emergency response teams from Adams Police and LifeStar Ambulance Service were first to arrive at the scene. The infant was first transported to a local hospital before being transferred to UW Health American Family Children’s Hospital in Madison for specialized care.

On July 6 the Adams Police formally requested the Adams County Sheriff’s Office assume investigative responsibility for the matter. Tragically, despite medical intervention, the infant passed away on July 9 while receiving treatment at the Madison hospital.

TLC Fans Side With Eric?

Eric Rosenbrook didn’t deny hitting Leida Margaretha, but he did claim there was no impact on the baby. However, as Leida seemed strangely unconcerned about her child in the hospital, fans felt that she might have been responsible for the injuries. Maybe it’s because she had previously allegedly attacked a puppy.

While nobody is condoning what Eric did, they doubt that he would have hurt his own child. With blogger John Yates leading the way, it seems that opinions fall on Leida as allegedly being at fault.

He said, “Adams County News Release regarding the Timeline of the death of Eric and Leida’s 5 week old baby. I’ll add that also on 7/6 Leida was telling people the baby had already died. The sheriff’s office had to take over as her small town was ill equipped to handle this tragedy.”

Others chimed in, and co-star David Toborowsky reminded people that nobody knows who hurt the infant. He also added, “some people should be held accountable. I don’t know who yet but we have a situation that has one fact, a innocent dearth of a child.”

Meanwhile, John argued that “it’s Leida or Eric who’s responsible – and she’s the one that custody of that baby who was fine when Eric got taken away. Horrible ppl. Her talking about an autopsy while the baby is a live still? Yuck.”

Other Reactions

With a string of charges already filed against Leida Margaretha, mostly for alleged financial misuse, many fans feel that Eric doesn’t deserve to face the music. On the other hand, neither of them were ever that popular on the reality TV show.
