Meghan Markle & Prince Harry's UK Plans Ruined, WhyMeghan Markle and Prince Harry were initially in “talks” to bring their kids with them to the UK. Only Harry has returned to the UK on his own since 2022. They want to cross the pond together as a family. However, those plans backfired. Keep on reading to learn more.

Prince Harry Wants To Bring Family To The UK

According to a new report, Prince Harry is hoping that he can bring his wife and family to the UK. It would be the first trip since they left the royal family in 2020.

Harry and Meghan Markle have spent most of their time in North America. The couple typically travels back and forth between California and Canada.

The two have returned to the UK in recent years, but only a handful of times. Meghan hasn’t returned since Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral in 2022.

Harry wants to travel with his family after the news of King Charles’ cancer diagnosis. He’s only visited on his own, up to this point.

“Harry is very keen for his entire family to join him,” an insider told OK! Magazine UK, per Express. “It’s important for him that they show a united front and focus on building bridges with the rest of the royal family.”

Archie was too young to remember his previous trip there. Meanwhile, Lilibet has never been to the UK. Harry feels that it’s important that his kids visit his stomping grounds.

However, he fears for his family’s safety in the UK, which is why his talks are involving the government.

Duke Of Sussex’s Plans Thwarted

According to another report, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle might not be returning to the UK anytime soon.

They want to ensure their safety. Harry lost his appeal for police protection in a recent move by the UK’s High Court. The Duke of Sussex will appeal their decision.

The 51-page court document revealed information about Harry and Meghan’s last visit in 2023 and their trip to New York City.

At the time, the couple claimed that paparazzi were dangerously and slowly tailing behind them after an event. The document also included details about Harry’s subsequent trips to the UK without his wife and kids.

As a result, the UK High Court concluded that the couple couldn’t bring their kids due to a lack of security. The document also argued they left the UK to protect their children.
