His Split With 90 Day Fiancé Star Liz Has Put Big Ed Off Taco Pasta

It seems 90 Day Fiancé star Big Ed Brown has lost his appetite for taco pasta since the fight over the dish caused his split from Liz Woods.

While the dish sounds terrible to us – it shouldn’t be legal to combine Mexican food with Italian – apparently, it’s delicious, but Ed just isn’t eating it anymore. Now Liz has moved over to a new love, she is clearly happy, which probably upsets Brown, despite the fact he broke it off with her.

In an appearance on Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea podcast, 90 Day Fiancé star Big Ed Brown opened up a little about his split from Liz Woods. While taco pasta was one of his favorite dishes, he hasn’t eaten it since his fight with his former fiancée Liz Woods over that dish. Ed, 59, said in the interview:

I have not [eaten it, but I’ve had over 25 requests of people [saying], ‘We’re coming over for taco pasta!’

In an April episode of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After, Big Ed called off his relationship with Woods, 30, for the15th time. Moreover, it seems that this breakup is going to stick. The fight was over taco pasta and just added to the many fights over their move to Arkansas. In a confessional, Ed opened up, saying:

I think Liz actually is waiting for me to call her up and say ‘I’m sorry’ like it’s always been. I call, I apologize, OK, and we move on. And that’s how the last 14 breakups have been.

When Brown called it quits, Woods felt this breakup was directly caused by their taco pasta problems. Speaking of her daughter’s aversion to spicy food, Liz told the cameras:

A few nights ago, Ed and I got in an argument in front of his family. His sister was at the house. Ed made dinner – taco pasta  – but then Ryleigh’s dish was just way too spicy for her.

It was later that day that Big Ed broke up with Liz via text. Meanwhile, he had also called off their wedding before telling her and she got the news from the officiate. She added:

And Ed pretty much just told her, ’Stop being a baby.’

Woods was shocked at Brown’s interaction with Ryleigh, so she called him out on it. However, she never anticipated this would lead to a breakup. “He attacked me back,” she said, while Ed responded, “Look at you, you’re crazy.”

When Liz finally went to bed she woke up to find Brown was missing. A little later, Brown told her via a text message that he was breaking up with her while canceling the wedding before telling Woods first.

Ironically, Brown did acknowledge that he knows how to make taco pasta less spicy if he were ever going to cook it again for Ryleigh.

And while he regrets how things ended with Liz, he still cherishes their time together.  Brown explained in the podcast:

After every single breakup I would go through, and anything that I had of Liz, photographs, I would erase because I didn’t want anything to remind me of her. And I probably have over 3,000 pictures of her and I.

 “And from being in Cabo or Palm Springs or wherever we were traveling, even with Ryleigh, those are our memories and they’re really good memories,” he added.

Meanwhile, Big Ed is keeping a tattoo he had done in honor of Liz which was a symbol resembling the couple’s astrological signs. He explained that the inking was part of “Ed and Liz’s history,” while noting that she had made him a “better person.”

Following their split, Ed claims to be seeing a new woman, but doesn’t want to reveal her identity as she doesn’t want to be in the limelight.

“She’s a really good friend and we have very intimate conversations. She’ll tear up and I’ll tear up. And she wants nothing to do with my fame or whatever. She’s not any of that,” Ed said.

“I have a lot of people that pursue me that want that and that honestly is the hardest part for me to be able to meet somebody.”

As for Liz, she has shared details of her new man, Jayson, who Ed has apparently met and approves of.

“We did the fluffing of the chests when we met. He’s super good-looking. He’s young and I want them to be happy. Of course, it stung because that kind of happened right away,” he said.
