General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates for Wednesday, February 21 tease celebration time, ending deceptions and severing alliances.

Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) has something to celebrate, Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) ends a deception, and Selina Wu (Lydia Look) severs an alliance.

General Hospital Spoilers – Celebration Time

It’s celebration time at Deception Cosmetics, as Brook Lynn looks at a tablet and tells Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) if this continues, they’re in for one hell of a quarter.

That’s the best news they’ve had since Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) wrested the majority of the company from Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring).

The stunt she pulled regarding Lucy stealing The Deceptor from Blair Kramer (Kassie DePaiva) put them in a slump for months.

It looks like the company is finally turning a profit again after so many months of a financial slump. It certainly does seem like it’s time to celebrate their good fortunes.

GH Spoilers – Tracy Quartermaine’s Bad News

Suddenly Tracy bursts into Maxie’s office, presumably where Maxie and Brook Lynn are talking about the profits and exclaims, they’ve all been deceived! Is someone padding the books or has someone published some fake news?

Tracy looks pretty upset, and if this is about the profits that Maxie and Brook Lynn think they’ve been making it’s understandable. Is that what Tracy’s bad news about being deceived is, or might she be talking about something else?

General Hospital Spoilers – Ending Deceptions

Elsewhere, Felicia talks to Damian Spinelli, (Bradford Anderson) and tells him it might be time to put an end to their deception.

Spinelli’s apartment didn’t get damaged, Felicia’s idea about him moving in with Maxie was to help with expenses. If the money situation indeed is getting better with Maxie’s job, then maybe they can end their renter ruse.

Or might Felicia be talking about something else-namely, Spinelli and Maxie being more than roommates? It looks like the two are growing closer romantically, at least to some people!

GH Spoilers- Drew Cain And Carly Spencer Are At Odds

In Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) office, she and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) are at odds as Drew bursts in and asks doesn’t she want to celebrate her first issue of Crimson?

If looks could kill, Drew should be planning his funeral instead of planning a celebration! Getting that first issue out has been nothing but stress and worry for Carly with everything seeming to have gone wrong.

She’s had to fight her way through everything to even get it in print, and she’d rather be back running her family legacy, Bobbie’s, anyway!

General Hospital Spoilers – Alexis Davis Is In Shock

Meanwhile, at The Invader office Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is in shock at the liberties Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is taking with her new position.

Alexis wanted to remain firmly in charge of the newspaper after finding out Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) bought it from Shawn Butler (Sean Blakemore). Now Alexis is not only in shock but angry as she questions Nina who’s standing at the door.

Alexis exclaims, “you’ve already hired someone”? Alexis doesn’t like Nina having that much authority!

GH Spoilers – Severing Alliances

Elsewhere, Selina talks to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) as they put their heads together about the threat to both of them from the Mob Boss Murderer. She tells Sonny that now is the time to bring their alliance to an end.

Selina and Sonny had banded together as the last two of the Five Families on the East Coast a couple years back, but perhaps that makes them more of a target. If both of them were taken out there will be no mob presence at all!
