GH Spoilers: Steve Burton Said This (SPOILER) About A Jarly Reunion

General Hospital (GH) tease that fans are going wild trying to ascertain which lucky PC lady will land on Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) arm.

The number one guess is Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) since they were married before he went missing and was presumed dead.

General Hospital Spoilers – Jary Reunion

Jason will surely have another romance but Burton doesn’t think we will see Jarly 2.0. On their The Daily Drama Podcast, his co-star Bradford Anderson (Damian Spinelli) asked about the prospect of Jarly reuniting.

This is what Burton had to say about that: “I don’t think that’s the way they’re gonna go. I don’t know. I mean, I don’t know if that’s the way, but you know…”

Anderson expressed the thought that Jarly doesn’t seem to be priority right now and Burton agreed. Right now the show is flirting with a Carly and John Cates (Adam J. Harrington) hookup.

On the April 10 episode she rescued him from a beatdown and refused to leave his side, taking care of him in spite of his protests.

GH spoilers – Jason Morgan Is Single And Ready To Mingle

Wright has told SOD that she doesn’t think Jarly will happen with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) around. After all the only reason Jarly got married was because they thought that Sonny was dead.

Jason is completely loyal to Sonny and it makes sense that he wouldn’t want to hurt him, especially since Sonny has threatened to eliminate him if he betrays him.

Jason and Carly have always skirted the edge of romance but their marriage happened when Sonny was thought to be dead and truly gone.

Since Jason’s return, Sonny has been vocal about his disdain for their brief union. Fans will remember that Sonny had amnesia in Nixon Falls, PA and went by the name of Mike when Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) found him.

Onscreen it seems that Carly and Jason are as close as ever, but as friends not lovers. At some point it will be revealed that Jason submitted himself to the FBI in order to protect Carly.
