GH Spoilers: Drew is Moving On, But Will It Be With Willow?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) has dumped Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), and we all knew it was coming.

These two couldn’t possibly stay together with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) back in the mix, and virtually no GH fan wants them to.

It’s time for Carly and Jason to finally have their time. Drew is moving on hastily, but he doesn’t want to head down the painful road of continually realizing that Jason comes first for Carly. When they thought he was dead, it was different.

Now that he’s an option in her life again, Drew won’t settle for coming second to his long-lost twin brother.

But fans took note of the conversation between Drew and Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) when he opened up and told her what happened between him and Carly. Suffice it to say, something is amiss.

When Drew showed up at Willow’s door, he was actually looking for Michael. Some time and a glass of wine later, he felt better having gotten his break-up with Carly off his chest, and thanked Willow for being the first person to hear him out.

She seemed genuine when she said Drew underestimated Carly’s feelings for him, but she couldn’t argue that things would probably change with Jason back in the picture. Boy will they.

GH Spoilers – Hint Troubled Waters Lie Ahead

Willow might be on board with helping Jason right now, but she wasn’t kidding when she said it’s not something she would have chosen. Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) brought her into that sticky situation without her consent.

He didn’t think about the implications it could have on her career or their family. Now, as Michael moves toward helping his father stay safe even more — to the extent that he might have to dabble in the business — it could bring rough waters for his home life. This isn’t what Willow signed up for.

Willow isn’t a risk-taker. She liked the calm and collected version of Michael she fell in love with. That guy didn’t want anything to do with the world his father worked in.

She can’t exactly blame him for doing whatever it takes to keep his dad alive, but at the same time, she’ll worry her own children are jeopardized by Michael’s behavior.

Could it be that Drew comes through for her again — saving her or her children’s lives? Fans are starting to think something is lurking on the horizon for Drew and Willow. Do we really want to go there?
