Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers and updates tease Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) may be killed. Steve Burton recently revealed he had left DOOL to reprise his Jason Morgan character on General Hospital and will likely start filming there soon.

DOOL films around six months ahead, so it’s possible that the scene of Harris shot and Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) crying in the back of the Bistro could be a hint.

The Day of Days event was in October 2023 and the preview released showed scenes of what’s ahead-the only things that haven’t happened are that scene and the Horton House fire.

Whether Steve knew his time on the show had come to an end when that event was held is uncertain-he may have not been free to reveal it.

But it’s a safe bet if his character Jason on General Hospital is returning from the dead then his character Harris on DOOL might be doing the opposite!

What’s airing now is Harris involved in a very dangerous drug investigation-with Clyde Weston (James Read) running a drug ring from behind bars.

DOOL Spoilers – Eerie Sense Of Déjà Vu For Ava Vitali

The scene of Harris shot and possibly bleeding out on the loading dock seemed to look like an eerie sense of déjà vu for Ava-her fiancé died in her arms.

Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) had just put an engagement ring on her finger when he was shot by a drug addict wanting the ring-it was offered but he shot anyway.

Jake bled out in the Horton Town Square, his heart soon being transplanted in Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) and Ava was devastated and grieved hard.

This will be even harder for Ava, because if the storyline doesn’t change between now and when this scene plays, she loves Harris and it’s mutual.

But because of Clyde’s blackmail, threatening to have her son Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) killed if she doesn’t comply she can’t admit it.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Will This Scene Be The End Of Harris Michaels, Or Will There Be More?

People assuming the six month tape to airdate turnaround, starting it at when Steve announced he’d filmed his last DOOL scene, put his exit around May.

The scene of him shot could have been his last scene or one of them, he didn’t say exactly when he filmed it.

Of course, it is possible he filmed more after that scene was filmed-and Harris may be okay from that shot, although Ava certainly doesn’t look okay-she’s sobbing!

Also, bear in mind that scenes are not always filmed in order of when the stories are put together to air. Sometimes a lot of seemingly random scenes are filmed, and put together by film editors to make sense.
