At the time, Johnny thought he saw Chanel sleeping with Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson). Fans know that Alex was actually in that hospital bed with Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein).

As Joy babbled on and on, Johnny seemed annoyed. Eventually, a drunk Johnny and Joy ended up in her hotel room.

It wasn’t made clear if Joy and Johnny actually slept together. Johnny forgot his wedding ring in Joy’s hotel room, though. Along with Johnny’s guilty conscience, he must have actually slept with Joy.
