After RJ and Luna started dating, Zende swooped into the storyline. At first, Zende was resentful of RJ working with Eric Forrester (John McCook). While Zende does still have issues with RJ getting all of the opportunities, he is also interested in Luna.

There was that mysterious dinner invitation, but Luna quickly let Zende know that kind of behavior wins zero points with her.

Then, we have Zende venting to Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) about RJ. While Hope raised her eyebrows, Zende talked about how easy RJ has it.

Zende mentioned RJ getting everything at work as well as getting Luna. While it’s easy to see that Zende is resentful and makes really bold moves, that doesn’t automatically mean he’s the villain.

It’s possible that fans are going to see a twist soon. Is it possible that the real villain in Luna’s triangle is RJ and not Zende? Fans already saw RJ nearly burst with rage over Zende’s dinner invitation scheme.

Luna already took care of Zende and just didn’t want to keep any secrets from RJ. While RJ’s frustration was understandable, his explosive rage seemed overkill for the situation.

Plus, RJ seems perfect to everyone except Zende. Is it possible that Zende sees something dark in RJ? Will that darkness soon emerge, proving that the Golden Child is actually the villain?
