Wood recently asked her Insta followers a popular question: “If you could give your younger self one piece of advice, what would it be?”

She shared her answer: “For me, it’s all about removing toxicity from my life. Whether it’s toxic people, chemicals, food, or situations. Anything that tries to lower your vibration has no place in your journey.”

Woods is living her best life, and getting rid of toxicity is always a sound recommendation. She is the mother of four young sons and has a successful acting career as well as a wonderful marriage.

She knows what it’s like to balance out motherhood with a career and has shared several brilliant tips with her fans.

For instance, she has frozen her kids’ toys in ice and watched as they spent time chipping away to get them out—which makes for a nice uninterrupted coffee break.
