Y&R Spoilers: Victor Demotes Victoria, She Plots To Regain Her Throne!

The Young and The Restless (Y&R) spoilers and updates tease Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will demote Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) but she won’t be kept down for long.

She’ll quickly begin plotting to regain her hard-won throne back from her controlling father.

The Young and the Restless Spoilers Highlights

Victor shows up at Newman Enterprises to see how Victoria is taking Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) decision to not continue with the company, and she tells him she’s fine with it.

She’s tired of the ongoing friction between her brother and Nate Hastings, (Sean Dominic) who she feels Nick doesn’t trust.

The last thing Victoria needs or wants right now is Nick’s suspicions about Nate, his relationship with Victoria, and Nate’s role at the company.

Victoria and Nick’s mother, Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) had recently been named CEO of Newman Media and Victoria proposes that Nate be named Co-CEO.

Victor, however, strongly disagrees, in spite of Victoria’s insistence, saying he already has someone else in mind-Victoria, of course, thinks it’s Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) who she would strongly disagree of.

Y & R Spoilers – Victoria Newman Shocked-She’s Being Demoted?

Victoria of course, though she’s smart enough not to let her personal feelings for Nate get in the way, is shocked when Victor names his candidate for Co-CEO of Newman Enterprises.

It’s her-and she doesn’t like it one little bit; in fact, she’s downright humiliated and offended at the demotion, knowing she’ll lose all her power and control.

She’d worked hard to take her father’s place at Newman Enterprises and had always been much more loyal than either of her brothers, even Nick.

Victoria doesn’t have a choice but to accept her father’s decision, but that doesn’t mean that she has to agree with it, quickly forming a plot.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Victor Newman’s Sending A Message

Victoria finds it obvious that Victor is sending a message, and she’s getting it loud and clear as the business world and their competitors also will-Victor’s back in charge.

To her, the message she’s receiving loud and clear is that of humiliation and even goes as far as describing it as degradation, and soon he will get a message back.

She will reclaim her throne, and at any cost, whether it fractures the Newman family or even causes negative effects to Victor’s health.

Victoria’s playing hardball and formulates a crueler revenge than Victor has ever taken against his worst enemies.

What’s worse, she apparently has become so jaded that she doesn’t care if people are hurt or worse as she pushes them out of her way.
