Y&R Spoilers: Phyllis Sets A Trap, Plays A Dangerous Game

The Young and The Restless spoilers and rumors tease that when Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) helps set a trap for Diane Jenkins, (Susan Walters) she’d best watch her back! There’s a good possibility that she not be Jeremy Stark’s (James Hyde) partner, but his bait!

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Jeremy Hyde Wanted Help

Jeremy played up to Phyllis in order to He brought her up to his suite where she slept it off but naturally, was suspicious waking up on the couch in his room to gain her trust, when he claimed he saw her pass out drunk in the road and saved her life. He told her he looked at the security footage and it just looked like she had fallen.

That should have been Phyllis’ first clue she couldn’t trust Stark-she had set up the security system in the Grand Phoenix herself, when she owned it. He should not, as a guest, had access-he then talked about the two of them teaming up to take down Diane.

Y & R Spoilers – The Grand Plan Set Up

The grand plan set up begins with Phyllis, gaslighting Diane by spoofing texts from Jeremy’s phone number-after she’d called the landline at the cabin and hung up. That started the plot, with Diane initially turning down Jack Abbott’s (Peter Bergman) marriage proposal because of it-Diane was afraid, so it worked exactly like planned. However, after some calming down and convincing, she accepted it and the happy couple started celebrating and soon are back in Genoa City flouting their new engagement in public.

This does not escape either Jeremy or Phyllis’ notice and Phyllis thinks she’s failed, but Jeremy says she did just fine-now it’s trap time and he gives her the next steps. This part of the plan will involve Jack being distracted so Diane is alone, and gaslighting Phyllis’ daughter Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier).

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Phyllis Summers Kidnapped?

According to Y&R spoilers, Jeremy knows Diane well enough that she’ll blame herself for Phyllis’ kidnapping and send Jack to pay the ransom, which is three times the amount he claims she stole. But, he has Phyllis send out the cry for help, making her the perpetrator of the crime instead of himself, with precise instructions not to involve anyone else. Summer is only to have Jack and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) bring the money, in unmarked bills, to a place in Chancellor Park after dark where someone will pick it up.

No police, no Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and once funds are received Phyllis will be released. But what no one but Jeremy knows is that he’s gotten into Phyllis’ account and the funds will go there-and when Jack and Kyle return, Diane will be gone!
