Y&R spoilers reveal that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) decided it was time for Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) to come back into the family fold. Victor didn’t just mean personally, but professionally as well.

In order to force Adam to come to him, Victor coerced Kyle into helping him. Even though Kyle knew it was a bad idea in his gut, he went ahead and worked with Victor. However, Kyle and Victor’s secret alliance was soon exposed.

As fans recently saw, Summer wasn’t happy to find out about Kyle’s scheming with Victor. Even though Victor is Summer’s grandfather, she also knows he is devious. So, Summer isn’t surprised that Victor masterminded a plan to interfere in Adam’s job at Jabot. However, she is really disappointed that Kyle would go along with it.

More upsetting to Summer than the scheme itself was Kyle’s secrecy. Summer feels that Kyle committed a betrayal by keeping the truth from her.
