The Young and the Restless Spoilers reveal Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) and Nate Hastings’ (Sean Dominic) relationship is on the verge of destruction. After their falling out with Nate’s betrayal of his family over Chancellor-Winters, things seemed to slowly get back on track for the love birds but now that he is spending more time as the new CEO of Newman media things have been falling apart and fast.

Elena is already uncomfortable with the fact that Nate is spending so many late nights with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) and now that Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) has made her question Nate’s intentions further can only lead to an explosive confrontation between the two.

We could easily see Elena stand her ground and inform Nate that his actions are extremely inappropriate and she may even accuse him of being unfaithful. Not wanting his hard work to be destroyed Nate could fight back accusing Elena of being insecure with the professional relationship between him and Victoria. Little does she know that things between the two have gone far past professional and once again he is betraying someone he loves. Could a surprise pregnancy have Nate rethinking his position at Newman?

Y&R Spoilers – Will the Escalating Tension Cause Elena Dawson To Push Back?

Y&R Spoilers reveal Nate has tried to reason with Elena about his new position, it comes with a lot of responsibility and that he is trying to make a good impression. While he has realized that he has been neglecting his current love and has tried to spend more time with her, the attraction he feels towards Victoria has come to a head and he has finally given into his passions.

If Elena were to inform him that she was pregnant could this snap him back to reality and make him realize that maybe spending as much time away from her as he has can no longer happen? He could be ecstatic over the fact that he is going to be a father and do whatever he can to ensure that Elena stays as stress-free as possible, this could see him spending less time at Newman Media upsetting Victoria. She could easily manipulate Nate into spending less time away from Elena saying she will inform her about their passionate late night hook-ups?

This may cause more tension between the couple causing them to come to a crossroads of where their relationship stands. Elena could give Nate an ultimatum, step down as CEO of Newman Media or she walks. This will definitely shake things up. We could soon see the two at a crossroads in their relationship, hopefully Nate will realize having a family with Elena is more of a priority than working at Newman but only time will tell what he decides.
