Y&R Spoilers: Adam’s Revenge, Files Assault Charges Against Nick?

The Young and The Restless spoilers and updates tease Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will prepare his revenge and file assault charges against Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow).

A frustrated Nick, whose anger had been building up like a volcano, took a swing at Adam and knocked him off his feet, right in front of their father!

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – The Brothers Have Been Arguing

The brothers have been arguing about everything from Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) to the company Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) inherited from Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby).

Sharon, Adam and Nick were going to work in the new company together, which Adam had named “Adustus” meaning “scorched earth.”

They had decided to scrap that idea for a company name, but that didn’t bother Adam a whole lot-he had been a bit sarcastic.

Sally had recently packed up a box of Adam’s things that were still in her place and she’d found photos of them together. Nick had showed up and made it clear Adam needed to stay away from Sally, because she had made her choice.

Y & R Spoilers – Adam Newman’s Been Taking Exception, Complete With Chips On His Shoulder

As usual, Adam’s been taking exception to not only Nick’s, but their father’s behavior, and with chips on his shoulder.

He’d tried to blackmail his way into taking over Newman Media himself which he’s desperately possessive of as his, not liking Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) jerking his chains.

He wasn’t happy with Victor pulling the rug out from under Sally with a phony job offer either, Nick wasn’t impressed with that move either-contributing to his anger as well.

Both agree on that point that Victor plays dirty, and that’s why for so many years Nick stayed far away from Newman Enterprises, eschewing the corporate business world.

Even though Sally could offer no hope for a future with her, even she tried to talk some sense into Adam about the business maneuvering as they talked in Chancellor Park.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – The Big Blowup

Adam views Nick as his father’s favored son, even though actually it could be said that the opposite is actually true. Victor has given Adam chance after chance, but Adam resists the control that Victor tries to place on his family-as Nick also had.

At one time or another, every Newman child has felt like a chess piece in one of Victor’s chess games, so Adam makes a power move.

Filing charges for assault against Nick not only puts him in his place but also Victor, who’ll be compelled to testify he saw the whole thing! So much for Victor’s “favored son” routine and Adam gets some measure of control back for himself.
