Why General Hospital’s Josslyn Jacks Is An Awful Person

General Hospital: Josslyn JacksGeneral Hospital spoilers reveal Josslyn desperate to make sure her own life goes the way she wants it while being completely unself-aware of how selfish a person she really is.

General Hospital Spoilers – Josslyn Jacks Walks Through Life On Another Planet

Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is her mother’s daughter and that is either a good thing or a bad thing depending on how you look at it. For years, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) was not considered a heroine and did terrible things to people all the time and did not get away with it. Carly still does terrible things to people all the time, but the show now wants to portray her as a heroine despite her being mean to her core.

We liked Carly as the vixen. It’s a role that fits her well and her daughter is pretty much the same person, but for some unknown reason, we are supposed to see Josslyn as a young heroine despite how terribly she treats people while living in a fantasy world thinking she is involved with some sort of forbidden romance. For months, she was convinced that Sonny Corinthos would kill Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) if he knew she was sleeping with Dex when he just didn’t care. Her sense of self-importance is that high.

GH Spoilers – Josslyn Jacks’s List Of Terrible Things

Josslyn always had a bit of the bitch in her. Remember when Trina Robinson liked Cameron Webber (William Lipton_ so she decided to go after him when she only thought of him as a friend for years? Remember when Josslyn knew her friend was sick in another room but decided that having sex with Cam was more important than checking on her friend?

Some might consider those minor things but they were not. Still, we could live with them. Then, she royally screwed over Cam by having sex with Dex and breaking up with Cam after the fact rather than before. She lied to Cam about why they broke up and then threatened him when he did learn the truth.

She also left Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) to die on New Year’s Eve and didn’t even have the grace to show up at her funeral. She hasn’t even told Liesl Obrecht (Katheen Gati) that Britt died saving Josslyn’s life. She is as mean to people as Carly is, whines about her spoiled and privileged life every chance she gets, while also thinking of herself as a martyr.

She treats Spencer Casasdine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) like trash and then claims he is one of her best friends. The list can go on and on. And it’s ok if Josslyn is the younger vixen. Just stop trying to portray her as a young heroine. Stay tuned to General Hospital weekdays to see how this story plays out.
