General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of November 20 reveal it will be Thanksgiving in Port Charles. Gloria Cerullo (Ellen Travolta) shows up to help the Quartermaine’s with the turkey.

Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) gets a lead in Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) criminal case. Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) softly confronts Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlet Fernandez). Plus, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) asks for Laura Collins’ (Genie Francis) help.

General Hospital Spoilers – Monday, November 20: Josslyn Jacks’ Danger

GH spoilers for Monday, November 20 reveal that Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) warned Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) about Adam (Joshua Benard). However, Josslyn helps Adam anyway. This could put Josslyn in danger.

Meanwhile, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) makes a final decision about the Metro Court. Carly already told Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Tait Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) about Nina Reeves Corinthos’ (Cynthia Watros) proposition.

Carly said she was going to turn it down. However, Michael might push Carly to accept the offer.

Monday’s episode will also include Alison “Blaze” Rogers (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) inviting Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) to a recording session.

Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) gets annoyed with Michael and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) gets advice from Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn).

GH Spoilers – Tuesday, November 21

On Tuesday, November 21, Sonny confronts Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). Nina will attempt to get the truth from Charlotte. Anna continues to feel heartbroken over the whole situation.

Anna is mostly upset that Charlotte actually thinks that she meant to shoot her. Plus, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) tells Jordan about his revelation. Also, Drew will stop by unexpectedly to see Carly.

General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, November 22 reveal that Sonny has a proposition for Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson).

Anna will have a confrontation with Valentin. Jordan turns to Laura Collins (Genie Francis) for help. Meanwhile, Dante finds a lead in Anna’s case.

GH Spoilers – Thursday, November 23

On Thursday, November 23, the people of Port Charles will celebrate Thanksgiving. Expect Lois Cerullo’s (Rena Sofer) mother, Gloria, to show up to help the Quartermaine family with the turkey. Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) has a surprise for Anna.

Valentin tries to be gentle while confronting Charlotte. Kristina asks Blaze to Alexis’ house for Thanksgiving. Also, Sasha and Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) get asked if they are a couple.

General Hospital Spoilers – Friday, November 24: Preempted

On Friday, November 24, ABC will be airing college football. So, there will be no new episode.
