General Hospital spoilers reveal that when Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) proposed to Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), she was worried that he hadn’t thought it through or might have been asking her to marry him out of pity.

Someone should have told her the don pops the question to anyone he’s with for more than a few months. Call it a fear of being lonely.

Until now, Nina hasn’t had any concerns that Sonny was faithful and committed to her, but she may start to wonder in the coming weeks when he starts spending way too much time with his former flame — and her best friend — Ava Jerome (Maura West).

When even Ava won’t tell her what it’s about, Nina may get the worst impression.

Nina’s attention was focused on her daughter’s recovery when it came to wedding planning, but now things have changed.

With Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) now on the path to recovery and getting back to a happy life, Nina wants to enjoy everything good in her own life and is getting back to planning the wedding of her dreams.

However, when the groom-to-be suddenly appears to lack interest in their big day, Nina’s excitement for it is certain to be threatened.

Despite knowing she’s playing second fiddle, Nina will stick to her guns; she’s going to plan for a wedding day that everyone will remember for years to come.

It was all rainbows and sunshine for Sonny and Nina until chaos erupted. Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), who happens to be one of Sonny’s allies, was hit by a ricochet bullet that was possibly meant for the mob boss.

To make matters worse, Ava came clean about all the dirty deeds she has been up to, leaving her baby daddy to clean up after her mess.

As they work towards taking Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey) down, the secret they are keeping will inevitably put a wedge between both of them and Nina.

Now, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) has gotten herself entangled with Mason, and Sonny is determined to protect her.

As it becomes clear to Nina that Sonny is sharing most of his time — and his secrets — with Ava and Carly, versus her, she’ll have a brutal decision to make.
