General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates for Friday, April 14 tease critical missions, dire consequences and threatening diversions! Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) has a critical mission for someone, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) warns of dire consequences, and Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) creates a threatening diversion!
General Hospital Spoilers – Critical Missions
Brook Lynn makes a big decision and calls someone on the phone and tells them she has a critical mission for them and they have to accept it. She could be calling Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) for help in getting a wedding together very quickly for Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell). Willow changed her mind about waiting to get married when she found out Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) had been kidnapped, thus preventing her bone marrow transplant.
Maxie will remain distressed as well as long as Liesl, who is her son’s grandmother, remains missing. Perhaps setting up this wedding will help distract her from the worries somewhat.
GH Spoilers – Harrison Chase’s News
Elsewhere, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) is talking to his father, Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) and the elder Chase asks him, “Good news, right”? Gregory’s other son, Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will also have a talk with their dad and he’ll put him on the spot. The Chase patriarch has been hiding a serious health condition even from his sons, often leaving General Hospital when he’s seen Finn come around. Chances are, Finn has found new notes in his patient file at GH after Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) busted him and he wants to know the details.
General Hospital Spoilers – Sam McCall Questions Her Mother
Meanwhile, at The Invader office, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) questions her mother, asking Alexis why she can’t just let this go? It sounds like she’s talking to Sam about finding out what Greg was talking about the last time he was there, telling her to quit snooping-he did say he was sick. Alexis seems to be transferring her guilt about not being able to save her last boyfriend, Dr. Neil Byrne (Joe Flanigan) onto Greg’s situation.
But Greg just wants her to back off and leave her alone and not tell his family about his illness situation-he’s saying “no codependent saviors allowed”! It would be a far different situation if she were married to the man, but now, she has no right to know his truth.
GH Spoilers – Curtis Ashford Wants To Help Find Trina Robinson
It sounds like Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) is trying to get Port Charles Police Commissioner Jordan Ashford’s (Tanisha Harper) permission to help in the search for Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali). Curtis promises her they will not see him coming if she’ll allow him to help find his stepdaughter-maybe birth daughter.
In spite of involving civilians in police cases before – think Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) in the Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) case-she might be a tough sell. On the other hand, it seems she’s had secret hopes of reconciliation, and maybe she won’t want to shut him out. After all, shutting him out even if it is private police business and he should have known better, broke them up the last time.
General Hospital Spoilers – Dire Consequences
On The Haunted Star, Victor promises dire consequences if Spencer doesn’t cooperate with his plan. His plan is to unleash a pathogen onto the population-minus the Cassadine family-to control the population and get it down to manageable levels. He has Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) to help with inoculating those on board with a vaccine against the pathogen. This way, he will save those he wants to by providing the inoculation, but kill off those less desirable.
Obrecht had asked what about those unwilling, since Victor mentioned those “willing”. But now Victor says there will be dire consequences, with Spencer holding a knife to Liesl’s throat!
GH Spoilers – Trina Robinson’s Running Out Of Ideas
In the meanwhile, Trina has been waiting for Spencer’s diversion to get a chance to get inside the communications room and find a radio to call for help. It looks like there are landline phones attached in the communication room as well, but she would have to be concerned if they generate outgoing phone logs. The last thing she needs is to be discovered onboard, or chaos to ensue because a discovery on the log of an outgoing call-she could endanger Liesl and Spencer. She’s frustrated, and says, “what now” but it does look like she does manage to get through to someone-her mother!
General Hospital Spoilers – Portia Robinson’s Frantic
Back in Port Charles at GH, Portia’s rather frantic but relieved, as she appears to have a call from Trina-she shouts, “hang on, help is on the way”! But if Trina can’t give the coordinates of where the ship is at-and she doesn’t seem real ship-savvy- they may be back to square one. But perhaps Trina has overheard those in the communications room talking about where they are headed, and that’s what she’s telling Portia.
If so, then help truly will be on the way before long, with many wanting to capture Victor. Some just want to take him down permanently!
GH Spoilers – Threatening Diversion
Meanwhile, back in the dining room of The Haunted Star, Victor has his henchmen Watkins, aka Sammy Tagliati (Billy Gallo) and Ambrose (Charles Ambrose) with guns pointed at Spencer! He could be pretending to go full blown evil Cassadine as he holds a knife to Liesl’s throat and shouts, “No Obrecht, no plan!” On the other hand, he may be trying to get him to release her and take her back to Port Charles to save her grandniece. The former is the better chance of the two, as he will need to give Trina as much time as possible to summon help and get back into hiding in his stateroom.
