GH Spoilers: Esme & Spencer Decide To Co-Parent Ace, Trina Left In The Dust

General Hospital (GH) spoilers note some twists and turns in the storyline involving Esme Prince (Avery Pohl), Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay), and Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez). As the baby’s mother and brother duke it out for custody, could these two eventually land on the same page and decide to co-parent the baby?

General Hospital Spoilers – There Will Be Friction For A While Between Esme Prince & Spence Cassadine

GH spoilers suggest that there will be friction between Esme and Spence for a long while. Spencer is dead set on being there for his baby brother and undoing all the wrongs of their father, Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss).

After all, Nik was never there when Spence needed him, and he hasn’t been there for Ace since the youngster first made his grand arrival. The last thing Spence wants is for his brother to spend the first 18 months in jail. He believes it’s no place for a baby, and in some ways, he’s not wrong.

Meanwhile, Esme continues to be shocked by learning what she did prior to her amnesia. More than that, she’s been completely thrown for a loop and horrified by Nik’s past actions. She doesn’t want Ace anywhere near Spencer or the Cassadines, and well, can anyone blame her?

GH Spoilers – When Ace Cassadine Needs Them The Most, They’ll Come Together. But What About Trina Robinson?

With dad Nik out of the picture, Spencer is seemingly taking on a father figure role in Ace’s life. He just wants to protect his brother and do what’s best for him. At the end of the day, fans can see that friction between any twosome often leads to an eventual understanding and bond.

While Esme and Spence are butting heads, they’ll likely come together at some point to form a friendship or possibly reunite. If Baby Ace faces a medical emergency, Cassadine and Prince will have to learn to co-exist to help the little one. Could they bond over Ace? After all, Esme isn’t the terrible young lady she once was.

Seeing her as a good person and a devoted mom may have Cassadine catching feelings for the young lady, again. If Spence and Esme decide to co-parent Ace, he would have to make the little one a priority, and this may place a wedge between him and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali).
