GH Spoilers: Alex Wants Revenge For Peter’s Death!

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) has recently had her entire life turned upside down. When Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) died, he finally got revenge on Anna. He had leaked it to the world that Anna wasn’t always a spy who worked solely for WSB, she was once a traitor and a double agent. So now one of Anna’s enemies is angry enough at her to paint the word “Murderer” on her door. It’s also possible that Anna was the target of the recent shooting at the Metro Court.

General Hospital Spoilers- Anna Devane has made many enemies!

While it’s possible that someone is out to get Anna because of her history, there is someone else who wants revenge on Anna. Someone much closer to home. Viewers may remember that for a while Anna believed that she was Peter August’s (Wes Ramsey) mother.

This was not the case because Anna and her twin sister Alex Devane (also Finola Hughes) were involved in a memory mapping project. Anna’s memories of giving birth to Peter were actually Alex’s memories.

GH Spoilers – Alex Devane allowed Anna Devane to believe she was Peter August’s mother!

Alex allowed Anna to believe that Anna was Peter’s mother because she believed that Anna would be better able to protect Peter. And for the longest time, Anna did just that.

She allowed Peter to get away with quite a few criminal actions. But Peter became out of control and when kidnapped Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms), that was the final straw. Although it was Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) who delivered the killing blow to Peter, Anna was there and she let Peter die rather than calling for help.

General Hospital Spoilers – Alex Devane is out for blood!

Although Alex is presumed dead, there is every possibility she survived. If she is still alive, she would likely be out for revenge. She entrusted Anna to care for Peter and instead, she stood there and watched as the life slipped away from her son.

Now that Anna’s past is public knowledge, Alex could be using that as a cover for her own plans of revenge. If that’s the case then Anna isn’t the only one in danger. Both Maxie and Felicia could be next on Alex’s hit list. If Alex is indeed on the loose, she could leave a body count in her wake.
