General Hospital Spoilers: Carly Is Getting Hitched — But Not to Drew

General Hospital spoilers leak Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) is getting married, but it’s not to the person everyone thinks. Carly and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) have been going mostly strongly since last summer.

They’ve had a couple of hiccups on the way, specifically when Carly decided to lie to Drew about Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) being Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) biological mother and intentionally sabotaging his efforts to find her family. However, they’ve made it through that hurdle and are focused on the future. So it won’t be met with delight when Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is in trouble, and the only way to save him is to reunite with his ex.

General Hospital Spoilers — Carly Spencer And Drew’s Marriage Would Grant Protection Against Each Other

Obviously, General Hospital spoilers show Carly and Drew married each other, they wouldn’t be required to testify about their insider trading dealings in court. Still, Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) may not think it’s a very good idea for them to solidify their relationship in such a legal way when they’ve been trying to make it look like they haven’t been together very long.

The mixed message speaks volumes about what they’ve been up to and makes it look like they’ve been conspiring to keep their illegal activities a secret the whole time — which they have. Still, it’s going to be hard for Carly and Drew to trust that Diane can get them off the hook otherwise.

GH Spoilers – Hint Sonny Corinthos Needs Carly Spencer, too

There couldn’t be a worse time for a man to want to marry Carly than when she has to consider the prospect of remarrying a man she thought she was done with. We all knew it was coming. Eventually, Sonny and Carly always come back together.

Sometimes, it’s for love; sometimes, it’s for convenience. This time around, it may be for both. Sonny has known for a while now that he couldn’t trust Dex Heller (Evan Hofer), but he had no idea how entrenched he was in taking down his criminal enterprise. If he’s successful, it’s going to leave Sonny’s entire family vulnerable to attack. The only person who can possibly save him is Carly, the only surviving person who knows how to run his business and would be respected by the Five Families in doing so.

General Hospital Spoilers — Nina Reeves Isn’t Going to Like This

Sonny will make his real feelings pretty apparent to Nina. In fact, he already is. He knew that Carly and Drew were seeing each other and he never mentioned it to Nina. He also knew why they were keeping it a secret, and he kept that to himself as well.

Sonny has been acting on Carly’s behalf while keeping Nina in the dark for some time now, and that won’t stop when he goes to Carly for help when he’s in trouble. The two of them just might consider remarrying before Nina is even looped in. By the time she is, she’ll realize it’s a decision Sonny has made that he’s sharing with her, not an idea he wants her opinion on.
