EastEnders Spoilers: Ryan Malloy’s Secret Lily Plan Gets Exposed Before Exit

EastEnders spoilers, news, and updates tease that Ryan Malloy’s (Neil McDermott) secret plan involving Lily Slater (Lilia Turner) gets exposed. What’s next for the Slaters now that he’s gone?

Fans may recall that Ryan has been trying to convince his pregnant daughter, Lily, to move with him to Wakefield, where he and his partner, Helen, is currently living. Stacey Slater (Lacy Turner) was devastated when she learned that Lily had decided to go with her father.

Ricky Jr. (Frankie Day) also decided to leave town to support his child. But as he and Lily went over the details of their plan, Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara) overheard their conversation and told Jack Branning (Jack Malsen) and Denise Fox (Diane Parish) all about it.

Stacey confronted Ryan for manipulating their daughter into leaving Walford. The latter pointed out reasons why it’s important to take Lily away from her. He brought up Stacey’s recent prison stint and Jean’s mental health struggles. He even pointed out that it was her fault that Lily got pregnant.

Lily overheard their argument and jumped in to defend her mother. She said Stacey is “the best mum anyone can ask for” before ordering him to get out. She also made it clear that she was not coming with him to Wakefield.

Whitney (Shona McGarty) also gave her brother a piece of her mind. But Ryan snapped at his sister and told her to mind her own business. Before he left, Ryan warned Stacey that he’d be cutting down his child support to a minimum. But the latter insisted that he couldn’t do that.

EastEnders Spoilers – Fans React To Ryan Malloy’s Plot

Many viewers were repulsed by Ryan’s plan. Some of them called him manipulative. They took to Twitter to express their disgust over his manipulation.

“So Ryan wants Lily to come stay with him and his wife helen. (sic) It must be the grief of the two not being able to have children,” one fan said.

“Ryan 100% wants lilys (sic) baby,” another one added while a third chimed in and wrote: “Ryan is dodgy.”

Many of the fans also reacted when he threatened Stacey to cut his child support before leaving. One said the character showed his true colors and his selfishness when he threatened to cut Lily’s child maintenance. Another one believed that Ryan just wanted Lily’s baby because he and Helen couldn’t have one themselves.
