Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers and updates tease Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) will blackmail Sloan Petersen Brady (Jessica Serfaty), telling her fate tells him he has to. But what he’s really looking for is Sloan’s legal expertise, telling her she has to get his and Dimitri Von Leuschner’s (Peter Porte) criminal case thrown out of court!

Leo and Dimitri are in serious, serious trouble after the stunt Dimitri and his mother pulled at Stefan DiMera’s (Brandon Barash) and Gabi Hernandez’ (Camila Banus) wedding.

Megan DiMera (Miranda Wilson) got away, thanks to Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton) and his submarine, and it all went downhill from there.

Leo and Dimitri’s affair and his magic manhood were discovered by Gwen Rizczech Von Leushcner (Emily O’Brien) who left town, and will likely be filing annulment papers.

That means Dimitri doesn’t even get the rest of his inheritance, unless there’s a loophole they haven’t discovered-that would allow it after a certain time of legal marriage.

They just lucked out that the barrister who was handling the paperwork was also gay and gave them that first check.

DOOL Spoilers – Dimitri Von Leuschner Was Arrested For Threats

Dimitri was arrested for threats to Stefan and Gabi’s lives, as he had stolen Kristen DiMera’s (Stacy Haiduk) gun, and as he held it on them, he was shot!

Vivian Alamain (Louise Sorel) came up from behind and shot him in defense of her son Stefan-that’s how Dimitri got to the hospital, then Leo came up with a plot.

He broke him out of the hospital room and in disguise, they went on the run-after hiding out in a cheap hotel for a short time, they prepared to skip town.

As they were on their way out of town, their paths intersected with fate-colliding with a very pregnant Nicole Walker DiMera (Arianne Zucker) whose baby Leo delivered.

Dimitri took the baby boy to the hospital, then Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) brought the baby to Sloan, and paid a dirty doctor to say Nicole’s baby died!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Still Fugitives On The Run, Their Charges Must Be Thrown Out!

That’s all well and good that the former DA cooperated to perpetuate an adoption fraud, but she can’t get Dimitri and Leo’s charges dropped.

Melinda is practicing adoption law, not criminal law-so Leo blackmails Sloan; if she can’t get the charges dropped, Leo sings like a canary!

He delivered the baby and Dimitri took him to the hospital-and to complicate matters, EJ DiMera (Dan Feurreriegel) is the new district attorney and THINKS he’s the father of the child.

Leo and Dimitri know all about the whole situation-even down to the minute detail of EJ not being the baby’s father-Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) is!

If Sloan can’t get their charges dropped-which entails going to EJ-they’ll tell the whole sordid story, including implicating Trask for fraud!
