DOOL Spoilers: Brady Fights For Joint Custody Of Rachel And Wins, Kristen Doesn’t Want To Share

Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) will fight for joint custody of Rachel Black (Finley Rose Slater) and win. He likely uses the return of Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) alive to get his criminal record expunged, but Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) doesn’t want to share.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – This Should Work

If Brady got his criminal record expunged, and he’s no longer with Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) who Rachel has major problems with, going back to court for joint custody should work.

Brady knows better than to try for sole custody because all Rachel will do is keep running away from home to be with Kristen.

That’s worse than what was happening when Brady was with Chloe, and he’s realized he can’t keep her from her mother.

Hatred and bickering between her two parents does Rachel no good and only makes her hate her father and prefer her mother.

Brady has to work with Kristen and they need to be a team to do what’s best for their daughter-but Kristen doesn’t want to share.

DOOL Spoilers – Family Court Outcome Is Successful

Kristen doesn’t really have a lot to say in family court, considering Rachel is allowed to make a statement this time.

Rachel agrees she wants to be with Daddy too, and not just with Mommy, and if she can’t have them together she’ll take them separately. In Rachel’s perfect world, Brady and Kristen would be married, but that didn’t work either, and Kristen no longer is interested in Brady.

Brady had been on the verge of parental abduction not that long ago, but he realized he would be no better than Kristen and Rachel would have run away from him. Kristen still doesn’t trust that Brady won’t run off with Rachel, and that is why she doesn’t like the idea of shared custody.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Kristen DiMera Makes Some Requests

Kristen makes some requests with certain criteria in agreeing to share custody of Rachel with Brady.

She wants caveats such as Brady not taking Kristen out of town or out of state and he agrees, and wants them to apply to her as well.

Kristen really doesn’t want to share their daughter at all, but if she doesn’t Brady could bring up her past as well as she could his.

As for Rachel, she still wants to spend some time with both her parents together, and since there are no objecting spouses or partners to disagree, the judge agrees.

A good dose of family therapy sessions wouldn’t hurt, considering the traumas the little girl has been through.
