Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Phillip Faces Prison!

Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that Phillip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) is missing at the moment, at least in the eyes of most Salem residents.

As viewers may remember, Phillip disappeared under mysterious circumstances. For a while, it looked as if Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) would be arrested for Phillip’s murder.

But a body was never found. And for good reason, Phillip faked his disappearance and framed Brady for the crime, hoping he would be arrested for murder.

But then Phillip showed himself to his mother, Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow).

Phillip recounted to his mother every step of his plan to frame Brady. But the more he said, the more Kate realized that something was terribly wrong with Phillip.

So she had him spirited out of town with the help of Victor Kiriakis (the late John Aniston) But Kate couldn’t allow Brady to go to jail for a murder that never happened so she rescinded the paperwork to have Phillip declared legally dead.

Because of that and the fact that there was no body, all charges against Brady were dropped.

But news of Victor’s death is sure to reach Phillip soon and he will likely want to come home to say goodbye to his father.

But his return also means he will have much to answer for. His attempt to frame Brady for murder will certainly be brought to light.

District Attorney Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) is always looking for a big case to try and Phillip is certainly guilty of a whopper of a crime.

Kate could also be facing obstruction of justice charges if her part in facilitating Phillip’s disappearance comes to light.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Brady Black Will Want To See Justice Done!

Brady won’t take kindly to the fact that Phillip tried to frame him, so he may pressure Trask to prosecute Phillip.

But the truth is that Phillip wasn’t in his right mind at the time. When Kate sent Phillip away, she sent him to get help far from Salem.

And while he may be better now, at the time he framed Brady, he was in bad shape as far as his mental health goes.

Like it or not, Trask and Brady may have a hard time filing charges against Phillip who was clearly insane at the time.

So, while it’s possible Phillip could face jail time, it is more than likely that won’t happen. But that doesn’t mean Phillip and Brady will reconcile anytime soon. In fact, Brady may never forgive Phillip for it.
