Chad and Leo are talking about Leo’s interview with Chad for the Salem Spectator at Brady’s Pub, and Chad may not be aware that Leo writes a gossip column. However, it sounds like Chad may be somewhat cautious, considering the exposé Leo did a while back on Chad as Belinda Chinashop!! He’s obviously asked Leo to not write anything untrue since he swears to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth so help him – Chris Hemsworth?

To most people, that wouldn’t exactly sound really trustworthy. Leo continues his interview with Chad.

DOOL Spoilers – Leo Stark Knows Some Things

Leo knows some things about Chad and Stephanie, but if he needs filler for his column he’ll add some things that he may not know, but possibly suspects. Sometimes Leo will write things in his gossip column that while they may be true, he’ll exaggerate or he’ll add to, or put a different spin on. He’s already in trouble with a couple of Salemites, Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) for instance; he wrote about Alex’s sex life and lost him a job opportunity. He may add some spicy details to Chad and Stephanie’s relationship and write about it, mixing exaggeration with truth just enough to make it look like Chad told him all. Stephanie won’t like their relationship, and especially not any intimate details, paraded in the public forum that Leo’s gossip column is, and she’ll definitely take exception to what she reads.

Undoubtedly, whether Stephanie reads the column or whether someone else does and tells her about it, Leo will write what he learned in their interview. The only problem is, he’ll write it as a mixture of truth and fiction and fill in the blanks to make it more spicy and salacious. He’ll also write it in such a manner that it sounds like it all came from Chad himself, and that’s what will upset Stephanie so badly.

Will Stephanie break off with Chad just when they’re really getting started on a sweet romance, or will she give him a chance to explain? A lot depends on how she learns the information, whether she reads it herself or hears it from someone else, which will add to the embarrassment.
