DOOL spoilers reveal that Nicole and Eric still have feelings for each other, even if they are in denial. There is a lot of history, complicated situations and hurt involved. Even though Eric is with Sloan Petersen (Jessica Michele Serfaty) and Nicole is with EJ, “Ericole” are still drawn to each other.

In fact, after eating Talia Hunter’s (Aketra Sevillian) tainted breakfast biscuits, Eric and Nicole began hallucinating. It led to Eric and Nicole landing in bed. At least, until Sloan busted “Ericole” together.

Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) is going to run tests. However, those that read Soap Opera Digest know that head writer Ron Carlivati confirmed Nicole is pregnant.

Nicole’s health issues mean there is a chance that the baby won’t survive it til the third trimester. So, Nicole’s fertility situation will come up. That will put Nicole in a complicated situation.

First, she has to tell both Eric and EJ that she’s pregnant. That means confessing to EJ that she slept with Eric while drugged. Then, a paternity test will have to be done, which could lead to some destroyed relationships. In addition to that, Nicole doesn’t even know if she can carry the baby to term. So, she has to decide whether to risk carrying the child.

During the week of May 8, Eric will overhear Nicole’s conversation at the hospital. So, Eric will want to know what’s going on. Nicole might not keep the pregnancy or paternity issue from Eric. What will Nicole tell EJ, though?

Since this is a soap, Nicole will most likely beg Eric to keep their drugged passion and paternity a secret. When the truth comes out, there could be consequences.
