Can Young And The Restless Move On From “Adam Versus The Moustache”, Already?

Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers hint at more drama between the Newmans over the weeks ahead.

Since Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) entered Genoa City as an adult in 2008, it’s been nothing but turmoil between him and his dad, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), as well as the other family. Will it ever end?

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Adam Newman Has Worked Overtime To Prove Himself

Y&R spoilers suggest Adam will have “revenge” on the brain in the days ahead. He desperately wants a comfy CEO spot at Newman Enterprises but is consistently shot down on this, time and time again.

The Young And The Restless: Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) This has him consistently trying to come up with schemes to get there, and it ends up being a vicious cycle.

Despite working overtime to prove himself to the Moustache and his other siblings, Adam has been labeled the “black sheep” of the family, and it seems like no matter what he does, Victor, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will only see him as someone who’s always up to no good.

Is there no hope of finally placing this storyline to bed, and allowing Adam to gain the respect that he deserves?

Sure, he’s done some terrible things in the past, but so have some of his family members; especially Vicky and Victor. It’s like no one can give Adam the benefit of the doubt, even when he’s trying to do good; especially after saving Faith Newman’s (Reylynn Caster) multiple times, and other “good deeds” he’d done in recent years.

Y&R Spoilers – The Enemy Of My Enemy Is My Friends

Not that fan wishes ill will towards the Newmans; however, this is a soap opera, and drama happens.

Could the family and siblings not finally come together to fight a common enemy, take the focus away from Adam, and place it on someone else in the little town?

Vicky seems specifically adamant about keeping her brother in his place and far away from any leadership role within the company; however, if an outsider poses a threat to Newman Enterprises, would she be willing to “bend” her rivalry with her brother?

Could Victor, too, finally show Adam that he respects and accepts him?
