The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) did not want her husband to visit his mother. Many ladies in this version of Los Angeles, California, have felt similarly in daytime days gone by. But having Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) as a mother-in-law creates a different dynamic for Steffy to handle.
John Finn Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) went to jail and intended to tell Sheila off. He impatiently listened to Sheila’s repeated pitch about how much she loved him, that shooting him was an accident, and remained silent when he mentioned that she wanted to kill Steffy.
The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Jack Finnegan In The Picture
Viewers wondered if Sheila would mention meeting with Jack Finnegan (Ted King) to her son. She used the family connection to lure the revealed lawyer to see her.
Sheila intended to tap Jack’s legal clout, as she termed it to Mike Guthrie (Ken Hanes). That means he is far more than a practicing lawyer. Sheila wants to leverage her bond with Jack, which appears broken beyond repair.
Finn volunteered that he was in touch with his father, with fans not knowing who contacted who and assuming Jack let Finn know what happened.
Everything Sheila is doing is intentional. So, Jack may not have seen the last of Sheila even if he believes he has.
B&B Spoilers – John Finn Finnegan Wants To Forget
Finn quickly briefed Steffy when seeing her. He relayed that Sheila was told she will never see him again.
Of course, Novlan said similar lines in multiple past episodes. Finn meant what he said every time. But Sheila’s maniacal relentlessness keeps her hopes alive.
Finn sees Sheila’s desire to reconcile with him and be a real part of his family as a fantasy. But Brown’s character has demonstrated incredible resilience through the decades and an ability to make the impossible happen.
The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Steffy Forrester Finnegan Appears To Be Safe
Wood and her husband are expecting their fourth child later this year. A scenario where Steffy is captured by an escaped Sheila is plausible.
But Sheila would prefer the legal option. That is why she contacted Jack and wants him to use his clout to secure her release from prison, meaning a clear of the murder charge.
Assuming a judge lets her go, or she escapes, another confrontation with Steffy would be intriguing. Creative plotting could allow Sheila’s storyline to continue with the daughter-in-law she blames for her problems.
That potential could also enable Steffy to appear sporadically while the actor is on maternity leave. Wood could record advanced scenes that are mixed into future episodes on B&B.
