90 Day Fiancé star Big Ed Brown is constantly active on social media, sharing clips and videos with his followers. However, one of his latest posts on Instagram upset his fans. In the clip, Brown can be seen working out in the gym, weight lifting and grimacing with pain. Many of his followers commented to say he is doing it all wrong.
90 Day Fiancé’s Big Ed Brown working out
Big Ed Brown posted a clip to Instagram on Wednesday, July 26, revealing himself standing in front of a punching bag in the gym. Meanwhile, he was performing hammer curls with a set of dumbbells, while wincing from pain.
In his caption, Brown wrote, “Working on my Shaq body.” However, fans slammed his workout methods, with one writing, “You spelled Shrek wrong,” leading to others telling them to leave poor Shrek alone. Meanwhile, another follower quipped, “This is the worst form I’ve ever seen.”
Yet another commented, writing, “Bro does not know how to do hammer curls,” while another wrote, “That form is painful to see.” Moreover, another noted, “You looked better before the lifting.”
Of course, receiving negative feedback from fans is nothing new to Ed, as he has been slammed throughout his TLC reality career. While it must be upsetting, Brown never seems to complain.
About Big Ed Brown
For anyone who doesn’t know Big Ed, he first appeared on 90 Day Fiancé season 4 in 2020. At that time he was in an online relationship with Rosemarie “Rose” Vega in the Philippines. Fans watched their story unfold and end with the couple breaking up. However, during the journey, he was constantly slammed for his treatment of Rose.
While most 90 Day Fiancé fans were probably happy when the season ended, Ed came back in 90 Days: The Single Life. This time, his relationship was with a restaurant manager, Liz Woods, and they got engaged in November 2021. Moreover, the pair returned on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? in 2022, with their rocky relationship clear from the TLC reality show. Meanwhile, when Ed revealed he had been in touch with his ex, Rose, the couple once again broke up, reuniting some weeks later.
TLC reality fans are likely not thrilled to know that Big Ed and Liz are coming back for the new TLC spinoff, 90 Day: The Last Resort. They are starring with other couples from the franchise as they make one more try to fix their problems and save their relationships. Whether the professionals and therapists can fix Big Ed and Liz’s problems is unknown.
Fans can catch the new spinoff, 90 Day: The Last Resort on Monday, August 14, at 8 pm ET/PT on TLC.
